Bab al-Majeedi, situated on the northwestern side of the Second Saudi Expansion by King Fahad, was relocated to this corner during the expansion. Also known as Bab Sultan ‘Abdul Majeed, the gate features five smaller portals and two large ones. It has a single minaret on its southern side that integrates with Bab Omar ibn al-Khattab of Masjid an-Nabawi.
