Islamic LandmarksBab Badr, or Gate of Badr, is situated in the northern wall of the mosque, between Bab Malik Fahad to the east and Bab Umar ibn al-Khattab to the west. This single-portal entrance features an inscription from Surah al-Hijr in marble above it: “Enter in peace and security.” (Quran 15:46).
