Islamic Landmarks
The Bab-ur-Rahmah cemetery is a 1400 year old cemetery located outside the eastern wall of Masjid al-Aqsa. It contains graves from all Islamic historical periods.
- The cemetery contains the tombs of two of the companions (Sahabah) of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Ubadah-bin-Samit and Shaddad-bin-Aus (رضي الله عنهم).
